Korean Cuisine

A traditional Korean meal, like those we serve at our Seattle Korean restaurant, consists of a bowl of rice, a bowl of soup or stew and a variety of side dishes. This is why when you go to Korean restaurant and order a dish, it will come with bowl of rice and side dishes.

Koreans use a wide arrange of ingredients such as meat, fish, vegetables and seafood with unique seasonings and sauces. There are variety of flavorful vegetable side dishes, and Koreans love to pair the meat dishes with lettuce wrap.
